First (Play) Date

Taylor had her first official play date where a friend, Jonas, came over to play with just her (though I loved catching up with his mom!). They played great together - even though Taylor was getting a little friendly below!

Fabulous Trip to NC

We had a great time in NC last weekend visiting the boys as well as are dear friends Lisa & Josh & Tanner. Johnathan went to the temple for the first time, hosted a farewell Pig Pickin' party (its a NC thing roasting a whole pig, bummer i didn't get a pic of it!) and gave a great talk in church. This all leads up to his departure for his mission to the Dominican Republic. He still has another month until he goes. We were so glad we could be a part of all these activities.
Taylor loved playing with Tanner who is now 2. He is such a fun little boy and was so patient with her. It was so fun to see them interact.

Pretty in Pink

Here are Taylor's 10 month pictures that I am just posting. She is growing so fast! She went from the endless army crawl to real crawling and pulling up on everything. She is growing so fast!

Taylor's New Friend (for One Week Only!)

No, we do not have another dog! But we did dog-sit for our friend. Oscar was adored by Taylor - she loved playing with him and he was pretty patient with her too. It was pretty funny to see him with Eban -

Should I be concerned?
Taylor's view - she was sad to see him go!

Its All Over...

I came into Taylor's room this week to get her up after her nap and this is how I found her. Since then, she is moving and exploring all over the place, pulling up on anything and everything.

Barnyard Dance

We love the Sandra Boyton books because they are entertaining for both the reader and their audience. Here is a great version of Barnyard Dance by Jordan, Mason & of course, Taylor. She loved it even though she did spit up afterwards, but not a lot!
